We use the information we collect for the following purposes: • To generate personalized dental cost estimates using our AI analysis tool • To communicate with you about your dental care needs and follow up on inquiries • To coordinate treatment planning between you and our dental team • To send you confirmation emails related to your submissions • To maintain your patient account and submission history • To improve our services and website experience

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Uploaded dental documents are stored in secure cloud storage with restricted access. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal and health information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Access to your personal and dental information is strictly limited to: • Authorized Dental City clinic staff (dentists and administrative personnel) who need the information to provide your care • Our secure cloud service providers, which process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your personal and dental health information for the duration of your care relationship with Dental City, plus seven (7) additional years in accordance with healthcare record-keeping standards. If you no longer wish us to retain your data, you may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below). We will delete your information within 30 days of a verified request, unless we are legally required to retain it.

You have the right to: • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you • Correction — Ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information • Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data and uploaded documents • Portability — Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format To exercise any of these rights, please email us at info@dentalcitycr.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 30 days.
